Dear All,
Greetings!
New semester has started in full swing. First Year Admissions are being done and very soon the lectures will start. The F.E. syllabus is revised and now available on University website.
I am very sure that there may be number of queries to ask regarding implementation of FPL-I and II. First we will take on FPL-I queries.
It is expected that FPL-I and II are to be taught by Computer/IT engineers/Teachers. But it is not a necessary condition. Except Unit I there are very less changes in the syllabus of FPL-I. The syllabus is to be covered using theory and laboratory hrs, rather I prefer it to be taught in labs rather than theory classes.
I am very happy that FPL-I teachers have read the syllabus and started asking difficulties/queries. We computer/IT engineers prefer blogs/webminars/podcasts/video lectures over conducting workshops to solve our problems and I am going to try it out with this group. and the blog. I will be uploading the images/videos as per the requirements.
The first query received is regarding getting error "Binary Not Found" while compiling First C Program say "Hello! World".
I am not expert of Eclipse but I am sure some of you are experts in using Eclipse programming environment. So its sharing of Knowledge.
I am attaching here with a pdf file (ref our Computer BOS google Group) which represent one of the solutions. The file contains steps to compile first C program successfully using Eclipse programming Environment.
Best Wishes
